My birthday was amazing. I realized that I belong to really good people who show up in the biggest way when given the opportunity. I'm really so blessed. Thanks to all who celebrated with me.

I heard once that every 7 years, your whole body regenerates. You get new organs, new hair, new everything. And so that means that I'm a week into my new body! Kind of cool.
And I didn't even notice it was happening.
If only all transitions could be so subtle and easy. Unfortunately, they are usually characterized by huge ups and downs and a lot of confusion. Sometimes figuring out how to lift up one's footsie and take the next step is most befuddling. But I guess you keep at it until it lands somewhere.
